I am passionate about helping women to reach their fitness goals
and finally achieve that body confidence! they’ve wanted for so long.
I am a fully qualified personal trainer (level two and
three), which has given me the tools to support busy women, like yourself, to
fulfil their fitness potential and gain that body confidence they have always
dreamt of!
My experience of coaching many different ladies from different
circumstances has helped me to tailor my coaching to the needs of the client,
as I know that 'one shoe does not fit all' when it comes to fitness and
nutrition.
